Autumn is upon us and Winter is coming! One of the seasons that we love to create at Lú Cocina y Alma. Today we bid farewell to the flavors of summer, and welcome the delicate and slow cooking techniques of: hot broths, poultry and the best seafood catches.
All this made with the products of the season – mushrooms, boletus, black truffles, and the famous white truffles from Alba!
We will continue with our three menu configuration as well as have the option to accompany any of your favorite plates with white truffles from Alba! We will also bring special birds depending on seasonality which we will make sure that you will always be the first to know!
